Our small group classes are capped at 8 participants. This ensures each person receives optimal attention and guidance from our experienced trainers, allowing for personalized adjustments and a more intimate workout experience. Our Large Group Fitness Classes are capped at 16 participants.
Session Length
Each session lasts 45 minutes and provides a focused, efficient workout. We understand that our members have busy lives, so we ensure every minute counts. Following the workout, we include a cool-down period to promote recovery and flexibility.
