Group Fitness classes are 1 credit & Small Group Personal Training classes are 3 credits. Memberships work for both options!

We offer Small Group Personal Training Classes AND Group Fitness Classes

We are not like other gyms. ALL strength based classes are coached by certified personal trainers. We pride ourselves on good form, positive attitudes and great programing. We offering a small group personal training option- for a more one on one personal training focusing on barbell, Olympic weight lifting/power lifting movements. These Small Group Personal Training classes cap at 8 people per class.

We also offer group fitness for those that like the larger group setting. All of our group fitness classes are barefoot, which also makes us unique. We believe in functional training which starts at the foot. Our group fitness classes are much smaller than most, maxing out at 16 people for strength based classes and 25 people for yoga/mobility based classes. We offer memberships which will work for both styles of classes.

Strength & Conditioning

This high-intensity strength based workout hits the total body. This class will push your limits with different types of circuits, always including strength movement with conditioning scattered within the workout. We are here to build, see change, and challenge our muscles and minds. With proper coaching on form and an emphasis on lifting heavy, grab those heavy weights, slam balls or kettlebells and let’s go!

This class’s focus is strength, be prepared to challenge yourself with heavy weights, and SEE THE CHANGE.

Strength

Be prepared to push yourself during this 45 minute class. The main focus in this class is STRENGTH. We will lift heavy, focus on proper form and functional movements. We want to SEE THE CHANGE, FEEL THE CHANGE, and walk out feeling strong, accomplished and pushed with a positive community and instruction. This class is programmed to build muscle and push your limits.

This class is total body with body part focused.

Monday: Upper

Tuesday: Lower

Wednesday: Total/Cardio/Core Mix

Thursday: Upper

Friday: Lower

Saturday: Total/Cardio/Core Mix

Sunday: Total Body

Yin Flow

Come onto your mat for a tranquil, relaxing experience with a yin yoga flow. We’ll move our bodies slowly and with precision to restore them after a hard workout or long week. Restorative or Yin yoga centers around principles of Chinese tradition and medicine to find space within our bodies to recover and heal. This flow is one of more slow paced asanas (or poses) which are held for longer periods of time to allow full relaxation and stretching of the muscles, joints, and tendons. Whether you’re looking to relieve tension in the body, let go of some stress, or overall feel lighter, yin yoga is for you.

Restorative Flow

Restorative yoga is known as “active relaxation” or “conscious relaxation”. Restorative poses relieve the effects of chronic stress in several ways. It stimulates and soothes the body by specific movements designed to move healthy blood throughout the body. This helps with recovery after hard workouts and helps the parasympathetic nervous system that deals with resting and digesting. It can help improve sleep and decrease mental and physical stress.

By accessing more lunar movements, as opposed to harder faster solar movements, you’ll be more grounded and connected to your body and spirit. These days we don’t slow down enough and we do’’t spend enough time taking care of ourselves. This class will give you an opportunity to move your body and recover at the same time.
